Most likely, yes. That is due to the number and type of characters that our new system requires. The new system requires the username to have a minimum of 6 characters (letters or numbers only). It does not allow for special characters.
Here are some examples:
If your existing username is 6 characters with no special characters, i.e. tsmith – you may continue to use it exactly as is.
If your existing username is 5 characters, you must add the number "1" to meet the minimum 6 character requirement. For example, if your current username name is thill, it would become thill1.
If your existing username is 4 characters, you must add the numbers "1" and "2" to meet the minimum 6 character requirement (Numbers must be added in sequence to get to 6 characters). For example, if your current username is tlee, it would become tlee12.
If your existing username contains a special character, it must be eliminated. For example, if your current username is tim_lee, it would become timlee. Another example, if your current username is tim.le, it would become timle1.
No, your first-time access password will be as follows:
There will be no changes. You will only be asked, upon sign in, to re-accept bill pay terms and conditions.
